| Melody grew up with a love of community service and a heart for helping others. Melody graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a double degree in Business/Economics and Global Studies with an emphasis in East Asian Studies, with the intent to become a business owner and to use the influence to effect positive changes in the world. Over those 4 years, she continued serving others in her community through other leadership roles, as a front desk attendant, a hall council representative, and a resident assistant while quickly falling in love with how close the beach was to her room. Melody has enjoyed traveling and languages. She enjoys reading, photography, music and playing with her pet rabbit, Cha-yen. Melody is currently continuing to educate herself about the business and non-profit world and finding ways to help in the community on the local and the international level. | |
